Love Into the Ether

This artwork is my answer to the question “Where does Love go?” when Love is no longer in the structure of a relationship — be it due to the death of a loved one or the end of a partnership.

Do you ever wonder where love goes?
Out there in the ether I suppose
Sometimes it burns enough to leave a trace in the air
The ghost of me and you in a parallel world somewhere

(Lyrics by Everything But The Girl)

Here is a bundle of metaphorical/mystical/energetic Love Heart Cells pushing themselves out there in the ether while they interact with each other. As with nearly all of my cellular art, the cells here are protected by a chain of golden energy. They are punctuated by yellow healing light — which is always available to us.

Love is an energy. Though relatonships of all sorts end, love in and of itself, never truly ends. It just takes on a new form.

“Out there in the Ether I suppose….”
